Profile of Clients from Individual Projects

This Knowledge Item shows selected demographic characteristics and service needs of the clients served by individual projects. This Knowledge Item is not designed to permit comparisons of the service populations of the projects as much as it is designed to profile these populations so that their models of service may be understood in the context of the communities that the models were designed to serve.

Note that several of the projects were designed to focus on the needs of women and as such do not serve men.

Note: The sample size in the above figure of 2128 represents the cases on which it was possible (of 4804 total patients) to estimate the total service needs and vulnerabilities among 15. A number of sites did not collect indicators used in this estimated total score.
