Summary Psychosocial Service Profiles by Client Age Group

This Knowledge Item shows the overall psychosocial service profiles [presence or absence of a type of service] received by more than 2000 clients by the age group of the client. Across all projects, there were few statistically significant differences in service profiles for members of the different groups. Later, more sophisticated analyses control for confounding effects of the project at which the client was served.

Simply pooling data from the 10 projects, without controlling for the different types of services provided at individual projects (some of which are specifically targeted to individuals in one or more age groups) suggests that there are minimal differences among members of the age groups in the services received.
