The Risk Reduction Program at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles is an outpatient medical clinic and social support program for HIV-infected and high-risk youth. The program is part of the Division of Adolescent Medicine and is linked to Childrens Hospital and community agencies to provide a seamless continuum of care for youth. Project SCREAM is a peer-counseling component of the programs. CAARS is an online referral system for the project.
