- CAARS: Computer Assisted Adolescent Referral System for Hollywood, California. CAARS is a web site which assists youth and service providers access information about youth services in Hollywood (Los Angeles), California. CAARS provides information about social, medical, and ancillary services at several dozen service agencies. The program lists agency philosophy of services, hours of operation, address, phone number, and other service details. CAARS is a joint project of Childrens Hospital Los Angeles and The Measurement Group.
