Assessment Interview
This set of evaluation instruments
developed by The Measurement Group was
used to conduct a needs assessment among healthcare and social service
agencies in the greater Washington D.C. area to measure service capacity
for women living with HIV/AIDS. The needs assessment consists of baseline
data collection as well as follow-up to measure changes in service
capacity for women with HIV/AIDS.

Administered Needs Assessment Questionnaire
This instrument developed by the Measurement Group is a structured interview administered to administrators
and line staff in healthcare and social service organizations throughout
the metropolitan Washington D.C. area. The purpose of the interview is to
obtain indicators of organizational capacity for serving women living with
HIV/AIDS.

Grid
The Infrastructure Grid, an adjunct to
the Needs Assessment Interview developed by The Measurement Group, was used to quantify the relationships
among various organizations in the metropolitan Washington D.C. service
system. The instrument measures the extent to which agencies participating
in the needs assessment collaborate with other providers in the service
network.
