The interview is designed to obtain information about the progress of these projects in areas such as patient recruitment and retention, accessibility, quality of care, education and training, consumer involvement, development of service networks, and information dissemination. The instrument yields quantitative as well as qualitative data and may be administered on the telephone or face-to-face.
