The report
is a short summary of a much larger and much more complete set of
evaluation results presented online in The Measurement Group Online
Knowledge Base on HIV/AIDS Care. The results in the Online Knowledge
Base encompass a far greater range of issues than could be covered in
the printed report and also present alternate ways of examining the
data. Because the results are presented online, they are updated and
supplemented frequently. The buttons at the bottom of this page will
allow you to access the Online Knowledge Base.
Because
these versions of the report match the printed version, there are
several "padded blank" pages at the ends of sections so
that new sections will start on a right page within a two-sided
printed booklet. The padded blank pages are intentional. The
two versions of the report are identical except for figures which
are in color in the version for viewing on a computer screen and in
black and white for printing using a standard printer.
