Accomplishments of The Measurement Group – PROTOTYPES Evaluation Dissemination Center
This provides a summary of major achievements and activities of the Evaluation and Dissemination Center for the HRSA/HAB/SPNS Cooperative Agreement Projects.

PROTOTYPES WomensLink: Evaluation Report
This evaluation report presents data supporting the outcomes of women living with HIV/AIDS who participated in services at PROTOTYPES WomensLink between October 1994 and September 1999 as part of a model community-based program funded by a Special Projects of National Significance (SPNS) grant from the Health Resources and Services Administration, HIV/AIDS Bureau.

Trainings Outcomes Interview Study
This study presents findings from 218 interviews with service providers who participated in training experience(s) offered by the SPNS projects providing training in approximately the prior year.

Infrastructure-Advocacy Work Group Qualitative Evaluation Report
This report discusses approaches used by the Infrastructure - Advocacy Work Group to develop, improve, and/or refine HIV care and service delivery systems. The Infrastructure - Advocacy Work Group consists of the Center for Women Policy Studies, Hektoen Institute for Medical Research/Cook County HIV Primary Care Center, Health Initiatives for Youth, Indiana Community AIDS Action Network, Michigan Protection and Advocacy Service, Missouri Department of Health, SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn, and the University of Texas Health Science at San Antonio.

The Comprehensive Healthcare Work Group Qualitative Evaluation Report Summary
The following is a short summary of the report that was developed by the HRSA SPNS Cooperative Agreement Comprehensive Healthcare Work Group and The Measurement Group to educate people about their projects, their experiences, and the lessons learned in the initial years of the programs. The three Comprehensive Healthcare Projects are: The University of Nevada School of Medicine, The University of Vermont & State Agricultural College and Washington University School of Medicine.

Issues in Implementing a Managed Care Home Health Services Delivery System for Patients with HIV/AIDS: A Case Study by the Visiting Nurse Association of Los Angeles
This report examines various cost, implementation, and evaluation issues in a Transprofessional Model. The Transprofessional Model was designed by the Visiting Nurse Association-Los Angeles to provide capitated end-stage care for persons with HIV/AIDS utilizing multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals.

Indiana Community AIDS Action Network (ICAAN) Report Summary
The following is a short summary of an evaluation report on services provided by the Indiana Community AIDS Action Network (ICAAN) HIV Advocacy Program. ICAAN's HIV Advocacy Program was designed primarily to reduce discriminatory barriers which prevent people with HIV from receiving a full range of health and human services.
